Is it just me or does it look like the name of this restaurant is “You Sushi” with the tagline “ME NOW OPEN!” (say that with a Chinese accent).
Eating maple praline goat’s milk ice cream at Borough Market. We also bought ginger granola, wild boar salami, mushroom pâté and added a ninth cheese to our fridge (a hunk of pungent Comté). Apparently we fall prey to samples quite easily.
Dinner with our new neighbours on Brick Lane, a street lined with Indian restaurants. Store employees stand outside and try to lure you into their restaurants by bargaining with you over prices, discounts and drinks.
All Souls Church. Not really a tourist destination but my Dad was pleased to know that after all our weekends of travel we made it to church this past Sunday.
