We are newlyweds from Canada currently living in London, UK. Winnie is studying health policy, planning and financing at the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine and the London School of Economics, and Allan is taking development studies at the School of Oriental and African Studies. We are living in a flat in the Central London district of Bloomsbury.
